What is Açık Bordro?

An independent chart that puts a 2026 Turkish wage payslip on one screen. The aim is to make the gap between gross and net readable month by month.

Most salary pages write a single net and hide the in-year band change. Açık Bordro puts the same gross’s twelve months side by side. If January net and October net split, the reason sits under the chart: the accumulated income-tax base.

Figures are locked to the Directorate-General of Labour’s 2026 minimum-wage table, the Revenue Administration’s employment tariff and SGK employer premium rates. Ordinary minimum-wage net is 28,075.50 TL; no-incentive employer cost is 40,874.63 TL. A retired minimum-wage worker’s January net is 30,181.16 TL.

On exit, severance, notice, leave and unemployment benefit sit on one screen. Severance is capped at the 2026 ceiling and only stamp tax is deducted. Notice and leave are shown gross, because income tax follows the exit-month payslip. İŞKUR pays unemployment benefit. Sick pay is from the last 12 months; maternity pay has been 168 days since 1 May 2026. Periods come from Laws 1475, 4447, 4857 and 5510.

The site is not an accountancy firm, not payroll software and does not file a return for an employer. Garnishment, private pensions, union dues, meal allowance, overtime and missing days must be handled separately. The official payslip is the one the employer issues.

Açık Bordro, FT Creative Studios is a product of this studio.
