A retired worker’s net is calculated with SGDP 7.5%.

There is no unemployment premium. January net on minimum wage is 30,181.16 TL. The employer side is SGDP 22.5% plus short-term insurance 2.25%. The 5-point cut does not apply to this work.

You can type 33.030 or 50.000,50.

An incentive does not change take-home pay. A retired worker pays SGDP 22.5% + short-term 2.25%.

Once a wage enters a higher band, net does not stay flat from January to December.
